MN DPS Estimating Table for Women
The table below is published by the Minnesota Department of Public Safety. It supposedly shows how many drinks containing alcohol an average Minnesota woman can have and still be legal to drive. As you can see, there is one axis for body weight, and another for the number of drinks. A math formula is provided for reducing the level based on passage of time. They put out separate tables for men and women. If you are male, click this link for the men's blood alcohol table.
This table might make a handy reference, but I want to warn you very strongly against relying on it. A lot of factors besides weight and gender can change what your reading will turn out to be. One factor I see a lot is having an empty stomach. If you have not eaten for a long time and consume alcohol, you might as well double all the blood alcohol percentages listed here.
Another thing to keep in mind is that these tables are based on a general average, and you are not necessarily average. Over and over I see individuals whose blood alcohol test readings are much higher than this table would indicate. From what I have been seeing I suspect that the estimate from this table is about 33% on the low side.
